The purchase was made directly through EnergeticEat.com.

a. Within 24 Hours of Delivery
You may request a full refund if the delivered items are incorrect, missing, damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
b. After 24 Hours of Delivery
If issues are reported after 24 hours but within 72 hours, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the item(s) price.
This partial refund applies only if the issue is verifiable and caused by delivery, quality, or packaging defects.
4. How to Request a Refund

Go to Order History and select the relevant order.
Click Report an Issue / Request Refund.
Upload photos or details supporting your claim.
Submit your request.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery or service fees may not be refundable depending on payment provider policies.
6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for customer-changed minds after delivery beyond the above timeframes.
Customized or special order meals may have different terms.
